Step 1: Add brown sugar, honey, Dijon, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2: Cook, whisking regularly, for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Pour the water into the bottom of the Instant pot inner pot.
Step 4: Place the ham in the Instant pot inner pot.
Step 5: Set aside half of the glaze.
Step 6: Brush the ham liberally with the other half of the glaze.
Step 7: Close and lock the lid. Be sure that the pressure release valve is set to sealing. Select manual high pressure and adjust the time to 16 minutes.
Step 8: Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then turn the pressure release valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
Step 9: Let the ham cool slightly, then carefully remove from the pot.
Step 10: Brush with remaining glaze and serve warm.

Instructions
