Tried + True! I have made this twice now and it has turned out great both times. Meat is so tender and veggies are cooked just right.
We LOVE ranch in this house, so after thickening up the sauce with cornstarch I also add straight ranch into the sauce (probably 3-4 tablespoons). Comes out tangy and tastes delicious!

Thank you! I'm so glad that you like it!

I made this for dinner tonight using my 6qt instapot duo and it came out so good all my kids got seconds! I added a bit more seasoning (salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder) with the ranch packets and it turned out amazing! So tender and the everything was perfectly cooked! Thank you

Hey friend! Can you please add amount of cornstarch for the thickening slurry? Thanks!
Kate
Thank you! It's there now. You may find that you need to adjust the amounts slightly depending on how thick you'd like the sauce to be. It will just be a 1:1 ratio of cornstarch and cool water.

Can I make this in a slow cooker?
Kate
Hi! I haven't made this in a slow cooker, but I would guess so! When I make slow cooker dishes with vegetables and carrots, I add them in toward the end of the cooking time so that they don't get overcooked.
