Instructions
Add the chuck roast cubes, onion, garlic, taco seasoning, broth, and salsa verde to the Instant Pot inner pot in the order listed.
Press manual high pressure and adjust the cooking time to 25 minutes.
When the cooking time ends, let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes.
Unlock and open the lid.
Stir in the corn meal.
Press sauté, and cook until slightly thickened, stirring regularly, about 2-3 minutes.
