Instant Pot Corn on the Cob
This Instant Pot Corn on the Cob recipe uses just corn, water, and butter for an easy 20-minute summer side dish.

Ingredients

water

ears fresh corn
shucked
Butter
Salt and pepper

Instructions
Add water to the inner pot.
1 cup water
Place the steamer basket in and pace the corn on the steamer basket.
4 ears fresh corn
Close and lock the lid.
Press steam, and adjust the time to 5 minutes high pressure.
When time is up, turn Instant Pot off.
Do a quick release.
Remove corn from the pot.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
