Ingredients

beef stew meat

garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
black pepper

Better than Beef bouillon

beef broth or stock
24
ounce
bag frozen noodles
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Place the stew beef meat in the bottom of the Instant Pot inner pot.
Add the garlic powder, salt, onion powder, black pepper, and Better than Beef Bouillon.
Add the frozen noodles to the Instant Pot.
Pour the broth over the noodles and beef.
Close and lock the lid. Be sure that the pressure release valve is set to sealing.
Press manual high pressure and adjust the cooking time to 28 minutes.
When the cooking time has finished, quickly release the pressure by turning the pressure release valve to venting.
Give everything a good stir before serving.
Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Beef stew meat:
You can also cut a boneless beef chuck roast into 1-inch pieces instead of using stew meat.
Noodles:
It's important to use frozen noodles. Dry pasta will get overcooked in this recipe.
